Our Services
Layout — We snap chalk-lines all over the walls and floors, representing joints between tiles and borders that we are about to install. This allows us to show and explain to our customer what we plan to do, while adjustments can still be made. It also ensures the correct outcome regardless of who is cutting or installing the tiles.
Tile Cutting — Our qualified assistants cut tiles for the room once all layout lines have been marked. Tiles are cut for the entire area instead of on-the-go. This saves material, time, and ensures a more accurate outcome
Tile Installation — After sufficient amounts of cuts are ready, our mechanics start to install the tiles, following the layout lines. We often “butter” tiles (spread thin-set on the back surface) to ensure good binding. When working on walls, we slide horizontal tiles behind or under vertical ones to avoid weak points where water could penetrate. For efficiency, different setting materials are used in various situations. We are precise and efficient and keep tiles clean to save time on mortar scraping. We take every step to ensure low maintenance and long-lasting beauty.
Grouting — We try to grout completely finished areas. We clean wash the area several times to get rid of grout haze. If there is a residue it is always easy to wipe away the next day. We pay special attention to tiles that require sealer application.
